I Blues Music Awards Switzerland (BMAS) e lo Swiss Blues Award (SBA): entrambi ora sotto l'egida della Swiss Blues Society (SBS)!

Sotto il patrocinio della Swiss Blues Society, ogni anno durante l'evento Blues Music Awards Switzerland vengono assegnati gli Swiss Blues Award a musicisti, festival, organizzatori/club, associazioni, promotori, operatori dei media o istituzioni, nonché a sostenitori del blues in Svizzera. Questi premi possono essere assegnati nelle seguenti categorie: Artist of the Year, Songwriter/Composer of the Year, Instrumentalist of the Year, Best Self-Produced Album of the Year, Emerging Act of the Year, Festival/Club/Venue of the Year, Behind the Scenes Award, Lifetime Achievement Award.

La Swiss Blues Society è un'associazione senza scopo di lucro che riunisce la scena blues svizzera al di là dei confini regionali e linguistici. A tal fine organizza il concorso annuale Swiss Blues Challenge, la Blues Music Awards Switzerland, lo Swiss Blues Tour e il concorso per il miglior CD autoprodotto.
